The opportunity
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Digital marketing specialist based in the Philippines to support Creo’s growing agency.
This is a strategy and content execution role. The Digital marketing specialist will play a key role in driving Creo’s digital growth strategy by building scalable marketing programs that increase brand visibility, generate qualified opportunities, and support business growth. This role blends strategic planning, content optimization, performance marketing, analytics, and emerging AI-driven search practices to strengthen Creo’s digital presence across channels.
The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on marketer who can translate business goals into measurable digital initiatives, continuously optimize performance, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful marketing outcomes.
This is a remote, part-time contract role designed for someone who wants to be a true extension of the team. This means collaborating closely, taking ownership, and contributing beyond a traditional outsourced role.
Key responsibilities
Digital strategy and channel management
Develop and execute integrated digital marketing plans focused on AEO/GEO/SEO, social, and paid ads.
Establish campaign goals and KPIs tied to traffic, lead generation, and brand visibility.
Monitor performance data and make ongoing recommendations to improve results.
Stay current on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging tools.
SEO, AEO, and AI search.
Own Creo's search visibility across traditional and AI-powered discovery platforms.
Conduct keyword research, technical audits, and content gap analysis to drive organic growth.
Implement on-page SEO best practices, including metadata, schema markup, internal linking, and site structure.
Optimize content for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to improve presence in AI-generated results.
Paid media
Plan and manage paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta (or relevant platforms).
Develop audience targeting, budget allocation, and messaging strategy per campaign.
Implement tracking infrastructure, including UTM parameters, conversion events, and attribution reporting.
Run ongoing creative and audience tests to improve performance against campaign goals.
Content and social media
Build and maintain a content calendar across blog, social, newsletter, and other formats.
Write or coordinate content aligned with SEO priorities and brand voice.
Manage Creo's presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels.
Leverage Podcast content for lead generation and (including podcast assets) into social, email, and campaign formats.
Analytics and reporting
Maintain marketing dashboards in Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other reporting tools.
Track and report on campaign performance, search visibility, content engagement, and lead metrics.
Translate data into clear recommendations for leadership and cross-functional teams to support continued digital discovery and engagement.
Cross-functional expectations
Collaborate with creative, strategy, and business development teams on go-to-market initiatives.
Contribute to marketing documentation, templates, and process improvements as the function scales.
Report into leadership with regular performance outcomes.

Able to work Eastern Time Zone and participate in team meetings, respond to messages, and be available for questions.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.

Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks.
Interested in being an embedded member of a growing agency team.
Qualifications
Fluent in English—both written and verbal.
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing coordination, or a similar role.
Strong writer; works quickly and efficiently while capturing brand tone and voice.
Comfortable working with marketing and productivity tools.
Willing and able to learn new systems, tools, and workflows quickly.
Proven experience executing Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), search engine optimization, and geographic/market expansion strategies to improve visibility across search engines and answer engines.
Hands-on experience planning, launching, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on digital platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn to drive measurable results.
Skilled in leveraging podcast productions and content marketing (blogs, videos, social) to promote the company, grow owned audiences, and support brand and lead-generation goals.
Not required, but a plus
Exposure to B2B technology or SaaS industries.
Comfortable with fast-paced, client-facing environments where adaptability and collaboration are key.
Performance expectations
Though a contract position, to succeed in this role, we expect:
Availability during working hours (9 a.m.-5 p.m. ET) - This means checking email to ensure timely responses to team and clients, watching GChat for internal messages, etc.
Friendly and approachable, your primary focus is to build relationships internally, and get things done quickly and efficiently.
Transparent and honest communication with your entire Creo team regarding availability and accessibility.
