Gayle Kalvert, founder and CEO, and David Kalvert, managing partner, spent many years in corporate where they benefited from mentors, leadership training, hallway conversations, and after-work social gatherings. With Creo Collective being completely remote, we infuse those elements into our work-from-home culture. That means monthly Creo Connects where we bring in speakers to learn from, social gatherings to get to know each other better on a personal level, and “get smart” sessions where we dig into a client or marketing topic to make sure we are learning and advancing our knowledge of our craft.
