Andrea Race is a Client Services Manager, responsible for building strong client relationships to align on marketing goals, working together cross-functionally to deliver impactful results, and leading projects to ensure timely, on-budget execution.

Andrea believes that great marketing starts with great relationships.
She is passionate about building and nurturing genuine relationships — whether it's with clients or colleagues — she truly enjoys getting to know people, understanding their goals, and finding ways to support and collaborate with them.


Prior to joining Creo Collective, Andrea spent nearly 18 years as a marketing, communications and project manager across various industries including professional services, manufacturing, healthcare, SaaS, and not-for-profit.

Andrea earned her bachelor’s degree from Ithaca College. She lives in Connecticut with her husband and children.
