I’m Gayle Kalvert—founder of Creo Collective, longtime marketing exec, mom of three, and host of Marketing In Progress.

With more than 20 years of experience in marketing and sales, I’ve seen firsthand how fast this industry moves, how quickly priorities shift, and how easy it is for marketers to feel like they’re always one step behind the next “must-do.” 

 

The Marketing in Progress podcast is my way of cutting through that noise. It’s a podcast for B2B marketing leaders who are navigating high expectations, tight budgets, and real pressure. 

 

Each episode features honest conversations about what’s working, what’s not, and what’s still being figured out, without the polish or performance. The show exists to give marketing leaders clarity, perspective, and a sense that they’re not doing this alone.

 

Because the truth is that no one has it perfectly dialed in. We’re all learning. We’re all adapting. We’re all in progress.
