Hailey Phelps is client lead, acting as a liaison between Creo Collective clients and our team of marketing strategists and content creators to bring our clients’ marketing visions to life.

Hailey’s unique ability to connect on a personal level, understand what each client needs, and flawlessly execute programs is second to none.

Prior to joining Creo Collective, Hailey worked at BigPanda, a SaaS company whose mission is to help ITOps professionals with incident intelligence and automation. Hailey ran field marketing programs and both virtual and live events. During her time at BigPanda, she worked closely with Creo Collective as one of their clients in their marketing team.

Before her time in the tech world, Hailey worked as a booking agent in the music industry where she planned live tours and supported artists in their career development.

Hailey earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in History of Art from the University of Michigan. She recently moved to Seattle, WA where she’s always on the lookout for the best cup of coffee, most interesting local book shop, and coziest place to see live music.
