Brittany Jackson is a copy editor responsible for making sure each deliverable communicates clearly and concisely, and is devoid of any errors by the time it reaches clients’ hands.

During Brittany’s time at Creo Collective she has worked with writers, strategists, and clients to ensure all content is utilizing the proper tone, grammar, punctuation, and style. She is passionate about distilling niche knowledge into digestible and high-quality content, the art and importance of storytelling, and the Oxford comma.

Prior to joining Creo Collective, Brittany spent nearly a decade in local journalism where she got her hands on content in any capacity available — writing, editing, fact checking, and even design. She wore many hats in the newsroom, all of which taught her the value of cohesive teamwork, fine-tuned her adaptability, and made her a bit overzealous about making deadlines.

Brittany earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Convergence Journalism and Spanish from Abilene Christian University. She lives in Texas with Buddy — her dog and, yes, also her buddy — who loves to monopolize any moment she doesn’t have her nose shoved into a book. Neither of them have ever met a stranger and enjoy getting out of the house to socialize on nearby walking trails.
