Hayley Wyatt is a Graphic Designer at Creo Collective, responsible for crafting compelling visual solutions across digital, print, and experiential platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative campaigns, upholding brand consistency, and transforming strategic insights into engaging designs that resonate with B2B audiences.

With over 7 years of experience in graphic design, brand design, and web design, Hayley has collaborated with fast-growing startups and brands across various industries, creating high-converting visuals and seamless user experiences. She specializes in translating complex ideas into intuitive, conversion-driven designs that make brands impossible to ignore. She loves obsessing over the details and believes that great design isn’t just seen—it’s felt.

Prior to joining Creo Collective, Hayley spent 7+ years as a freelance graphic designer where she increased client revenues by 30% on average through strategic visual identity design, conversion-optimized responsive website builds, and the development of scalable design systems and UX strategies, enabling the majority of clients to book out services months in advance.

Hayley earned her Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Graphic Design and Media Arts with a concentration in Web Design from Southern New Hampshire University. She recently traded the mountains of Tennessee for the coast of South Carolina to be closer to her sister, brother-in-law, and their two boys—soon to be three! When she’s not designing, you can find her serving as a middle school youth leader, lost in a good book, rewatching Star Wars, painting, exercising, or strolling along the beach with friends and whichever foster puppy she has at the moment!
